The research is divided into two parts.
- Analysis of Social Housing Costs:
This part of the research focuses on the costs of social housing rentals to evaluate their impact on household budgets. It employs the “rent-to-income ratio” and “residual income” methods to provide insights for the development of policies that balance effective support for families in financial difficulty with economic sustainability for funding entities.
- Local Agreements on Regulated Rent Contracts:
This part examines local agreements related to regulated rent contracts, aiming to assess the economic advantages of regulated rents compared to market rates. It also studies housing agencies operating in areas with high housing demand pressure.
