The analysis focuses on two fundamental aspects: the treatment (for young children and seniors) and investments in human capital (life-long learning paths professionalization). The project examines the political autonomy of local actors in relation to the national and European policy-making, with particular attention to the cultural dimension. This will make it possible to focus on new conceptual tools for understanding the mechanisms that underlie the activation of the female labor market and define how culture can restrict \/ facilitate the transferability of best practices between different countries and between different localities&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flows-eu.eu\/\"> www.flows-eu.eu<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;
