Assistant professor of Economic Sociology. She previously worked as a lecturer at the Department of Sociology at Universit\u00e0 Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and as a post-doctoral research fellows at the Department of Sociology and Social Research at the University of Milano-Bicocca. Her main research interests include population ageing, with a focus on the inclusion and active participation of older adults in various spheres of social life, inequalities related to age, and ageism, also in relation to digitalization processes. Recently, her work has also explored older adults\u2019 care needs and long-term care systems. She is a member of the research group Ageing Societies (https:\/\/ageingsocieties.unimib.it\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n
