From 4 to 6 July 2019 the ISA RC52 interim meeting will be held in Florence. The theme of the edition is Professions and society. Facing the challenges of marketization, globalization and digitalization.
In particular, Lara Maestripieri will present the Special Issue Varieties of professionalism in a globalizing world: new theoretical perspectives and analytical approaches (Cambio, Issue 16, December 2018) that she co-edited with Andrea Bellini. During the plenary Authors meet Critics on July 5th, the guest editor will discuss the issue with Scarlett Salman and Christine Schnell.
Furthermore, Lara Maestripieri will also co-chair ith Andrea Bellini and Karolina Parding the seassion Varieties of professionalism session. Exploring heterogeneity within and between professions, which will take place on July 4-5 (11: 15-13: 00).
