Assistant professor in Sociology of Environment and Territory. After earning her PhD in Political Science from the Scuola Normale Superiore, she was a research fellow at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. She was a post-doc fellow for the “Territorial Fragilities” excellence program of DAStU. Her work focuses on urban transformations and political participation late capitalistic cities. Her research has addressed social movements and housing policies. Among her main areas of interest are the sociology of labor and territory, socio-spatial segregation, and processes of politicization and depoliticization on an urban scale. Among her works there are two books “Movimenti urbani” edited by Mondadori (2021) and “Housing movements in Rome. Resistance and class” published with Palgrave (2022).
