On 4-5 April, the COHSMO teams met for the fifth meeting of the Consortium, which was held in Kaunas (Lithuania).
The partners examined the progress of the project and dealt with the preliminary structure of the next diliverables and work packages. In addition, the first preliminary results and publication strategies were discussed.
The next steps of the research will focus on:
- the deepening of the analysis of the case studies covered by Work Package 4 (in the case of Italy: Milan, Legnano and the Oltrepò Pavese)
- social investment strategies and their repercussions in terms of social cohesion which will be the core theme of the Work Package 5
Politecnico Team was represented by Costanzo Ranci, Carolina Pacchi, Stefania Sabatinelli e Marta Cordini.
A fiedltrip was organized by our hosting partners, the Vytautas Magnus University, starting from the traditional working class district Šančiai. During the excursion, the COHSMO-teams were accompanied by a local activist who entitled the excursion as, “Tactics for Community Placekeeping Against Extraction Capitalism”.
