On April 28 the teams working on the COHSMO project met to discuss the situation on research activities.

Specifically, the meeting focused on the progress made, also in light of the limits imposed by the Covid crisis, on the work relating to Work Package 5 dedicated to Social Investment.

The Austrian team presented the response to an online survey conducted in the seven participating countries (Denmark, Italy, Austria, Greece, Poland, Lithuania and the United Kingdom) with the aim of testing the policy orientation regarding childcare, active employment policies and vocational training. The survey was submitted to 287 operators in the sectors in question identified by each research team.

The draft versions of the national reports on childcare, labor market and vocational training policies implemented in the case studies of each country (an urban, a suburban and a rural location) were also discussed.

Finally, the English team presented the guidelines for the analysis of the next WP which will focus on social innovation best practices identified in the individual realities analyzed.

Cohsmo is a project funded by the Horizon 2020 program (grant agreement number 727058), which sees the participation of universities from 7 countries (Denmark, Italy, Austria, Greece, Poland, Lithuania and the United Kingdom).
